Ryan Chan

Ryan, together with his partner Nan, cofounded Integral Performance Physio in 2018 to establish a practice providing a high standard in comprehensive, patient-centered, and evidence-based physical rehabilitation services. Ryan is a passionate physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience in orthopedic care treating in the field of sports injuries, spinal rehab, as well as everyday aches and pains. Following extensive post-graduate training in Ontario, Ryan has attained recognition in his advanced practice as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
Ryan has developed a client-centered approach strongly focused on manual therapy and complete biomechanical analysis to promote not only full recovery but prevention of future injuries. Through his training in the Mckenzie and Mulligan Institutes, combined with his background as a personal trainer, Ryan has helped his patients return from injured to peak performance. Having experienced sports injuries himself and understanding the urgency and stress of recovery, Ryan has further tailored his assessment and treatment approach based on the latest optimal research evidence. Committed towards quality health promotion, Ryan provides care not only to clients with injuries but also to those who have postural concerns or those with specific functional wellness goals.
Ryan has also taken an interest in the mentoring of other physiotherapists; Through IPP, he wishes to extend the reach of physical therapy and correct the epidemic of patients who live with pain, unaware of where to turn for their musculoskeletal needs.
NAN WU

Nan, the co-founder of Integral Performance Physio, has always had the vision of innovating the rehabilitation field and integrating the best available clinical evidence into practice. Now together with her partner Ryan, she is building this rehabilitation platform to provide you an elevated quality and comprehensive musculoskeletal care.
Following the completion of her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McGill University in 2011, Nan developed a wide array of clinical experience, from sports-related injuries (e.g. ankle sprains, concussion, ACL tear), work-related injuries (e.g. overuse and postural syndrome), post-surgical cases, to chronic complex illness (e.g. fibromyalgia, Joint Hypermobility Syndrome). Nan has helped countless patients not only recover from their injuries but also transformed their bodies to their best performance level. Nan believes that by integrating invaluable empowerment, awareness over the body, and biomechanical efficiency, you can achieve long-term wellness rather than just a quick fix.
Nan has always been passionate about her profession and continues to update her knowledge. As such she has been strongly involved in continuing education. In 2017, she obtained her second Master's degree in Master of Clinical Science from Western University and proudly became a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). She has also complimented her knowledge with different approaches such Mulligan and Mckenzie to better tailor her practice to various injuries. Furthermore, Nan has contributed to the elevation of the profession through mentoring physiotherapy students from McGill University during their clinical stages. Outside of the clinic, Nan loves running, weight training, dancing, and traveling.
Ranjan Sivakumar

Physiotherapist
Ranjan is a licensed physiotherapist in Canada, the United Kingdom, and India. He graduated as a physiotherapist in the year 2000 from MGR Medical University in India, he has a postgraduate diploma in exercise rehabilitation degree from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.
For the past 23 years, Ranjan has been helping people gain functional independence with physiotherapy.
As a practicing therapist, he started his professional practice in India, later moved to Australia, and worked as a registered physiotherapist for 7 years. During his tenure, he had the opportunity to work with diverse Australian sports teams (AFL, Cricket, and Tennis).
He learned his manual therapy techniques from his mentors who were veteran physios and was also involved in a back pain research study with Victoria University & Kieser Training, Melbourne.
He moved to England to take up the Senior MSK PT role with NHS England, he worked for 4 yrs in Cambridge, and he worked alongside spinal surgeons at the Fitzwilliam Hospital (Ramsay Health care), UK.
Recently, he returned back to Canada to further develop his practice.
Over the years, he had been working with patients in all age groups and have gathered experience working in outpatient private clinics, public and private hospitals, long-term senior homes, elite sports, and community clinics with cardio, neuro, and orthopedics specialties.
Michalina Kwiatkowska

Physiotherapist
Michalina graduated from her Master’s in physiotherapy from the University of Sherbrooke in 2016. She has been working in private practice ever since and has treated hundreds of patients with conditions ranging from everyday aches and pains to sports injuries and pre and post operative conditions.
She is also certified in vestibular rehabilitation and has successfully helped many of her patients recover from conditions of vertigo and dizziness.
Michalina treats with a combination of manual therapy, exercise and patient education. Seeing as she is an active person herself, the exercises she gives are creative but always approachable.
Michalina is passionate about her profession and looks forward to helping her patients get back to their life and favorite activities.
MINA FOUAD SOLIMAN

Physiotherapist
Mina is a licensed physiotherapist in Quebec who initially completed his Bachelor’s degree of Physiotherapy from Cairo University, Egypt.
He earned his physiotherapy equivalency program at McGill University in 2018 after arriving in Canada.
In addition, Mina extended his studies and attained the Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine conducted by the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine in the UK and primary care Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Medicine Society in 2021.
Mina has always been passionate about Physiotherapy and has strived to continue his education with the most recent evidence based research in physical rehabilitation. Mina has completed various speciality courses in advanced musculoskeletal practice with some of the top therapists across England and Australia for shoulder, hip, knee, back and sports injuries.
Over his greater than 15 years of experience, Mina has treated countless patients with orthopaedic conditions and everyday aches and pains. He is providing quality care at the cutting edge of evidence based knowledge through a combination of exercises prescription, education and manual therapy.
Mina's number one priority is to help his patients to achieve their functional goals and return to their activities, be it a triathlon or simply playing with their children.
PAVITHA SELVARAJAH

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
Pavitha graduated from McGill university in Physiotherapy in 2018. Since then, she has worked with a variety of clientele. Having worked in the hospital system and in clinics, she has a very holistic and client-centered approach.
Her passion lies in pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has taken several courses, and will continue to take courses, to expand her knowledge and to provide her clients with the best care.
Exercise is a huge part of her treatment and Pavitha believes in helping her clients take charge of their health. She feels privileged to guide her clients in their recovery process. She will often say that it’s a team effort!
Outside of work, Pavitha is a huge foodie and loves spending time outdoors!
Nina Benisty

Osteopath, Certified Athletic Therapist
Nina started her career in healthcare as an Athletic Therapist and then further complemented her knowledge with a specialization in osteopathy. For the last eight years, she has been working as a Certified Athletic Therapist with athletes of many different levels and sports.
In particular, Nina specialized and dedicated her time to football, working with the Bishop’s University Gaiters and currently with the John Abbott College Islanders. Her specialization in football has allowed her to work at a provincial level as one of the Head Therapists of Team Quebec, accompanying the team to the Football Canada Cup for the past 5 years. In 2018, Nina traveled with Team Canada to Mexico City to represent the country in the Junior World Championship.
As an Athletic Therapist working at a competitive level, Nina realized there was so much more to learn about the human body and its functions. That is why in 2012, she decided to go back to school to study Osteopathy. After six years of school, she graduated from the Centre Ostéopathique du Québec. Her newfound knowledge has pushed her abilities to the next level and has now developed a more comprehensive approach to the human body and its injuries.
Nina not only specializes in working with athletes and sports injuries, but she also treats your everyday aches and pains. As an osteopath, she now also treats in pediatrics, newborn to toddlers, as well as pregnant women.
Nina is truly passionate about the human body and takes her work to heart. She believes that she will forever be a student because she cannot get enough of new knowledge! She is dedicated to her career and her patients, where their well-being is her priority.
Pragna Patel

Pragna has been practicing Osteopathy since 2018. After completing her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Concordia University, she obtained her Massage diploma and then furthered her studies into a Masters of Osteopathy from Hamilton, Ontario.
Pragna provides therapy for all types of pains, ailments and conditions. She has a fond interest in prenatal and postnatal care but regularly treats those suffering from back pain, neck pain, headaches, digestive issues, sports injuries and much more.
Educating patients on the way the body moves and reacts to traumas is very important as well as giving preventative measures.
Pragna prioritizes patient care and well-being above all.
Mari Sol Fernandez
Registered Massage Therapist
Mari is is a Registered Massage Therapist from Toronto, Ontario who has been practicing since 2009.
During her 12+ years of practice, her passion lies in helping people with chronic pain who live both active and sedentary lifestyles. Her clinical experiences include repetitive strain conditions, headaches & migraines, low back pain, and sports injuries. She enjoys working with clients of all age groups and life stages.
Mari also provides prenatal massages throughout all three trimesters and offers infant massages as well.
She uses a variety of deep tissue techniques, sports massage, cupping therapy, and myofascial release to relieve tension and discomfort while promoting relaxation.
Mari strongly believes in the benefits of massage therapy for pain relief, stress management, and
self-care.

Since 2013, Melizande is a specialized massotherapist with over 2000h in training. In 2010, she also earned her physical readaptation diploma (a branch of physiotherapy). Thus, she has also practiced as a physiotherapist before becoming a full-time massotherapist.
With her vast experience, she is skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point, cupping, pregnancy massage, and flush sports massage.
Melizande’s years of experience as a massotherapist and physiotherapist as well as her multiple certifications give her the necessary tools to treat her patients. By combining her training, she provides the best treatment possible.
Additionally, Melizande is passionate about yoga and practices every day. Thus, in 2019 she became a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Sangha Montreal, an internationally recognized yoga school. With over 380h of training and a year of dedicating herself to yoga, it is only the beginning of her yoga journey.
Whether it’s rehabilitation after an injury or injury prevention, Melizande values your health and values your goals as her own. From athletes to desk workers, her patients become part of her extended family and she makes sure to treat each one of her patients as such.

Meghan Vincent

Athletic Therapist
Meghan is a Certified Athletic Therapist who studied at Concordia University. Since graduating,
she has worked with a wide range of demographics from geriatric to high performance athletes.
She has experience with chronic pain and tightness, acute sprains and strains, as well as post-
operative rehabilitation.
Her experience as a dancer has provided her with insight into the body’s adaptability which has
informed her practice.
Her knowledge of movement patterns combined with her studies in
manual therapy, biomechanics and corrective conditioning have helped develop a treatment
approach that considers the body as one whole unit.
Its response to movement will be assessed
to provide a program that is tailored to each individual’s needs.
Meghan works closely with many contact sports including rugby, hockey, soccer.
Whether easing
daily living activities or returning an individual to their sport, Meghan will be there to remind you
that patience and perseverance are the foundations for a successful rehabilitation.
