Stretches for Hiking



Summer and fall call for hiking!


Hiking is a great activity for all who enjoy exploring nature while getting in some exercise!


It’s so important to stretch after hiking in order to relieve your muscles after walking all day!


Here is a list of stretches that will have you feeling refreshed after a day on the trails!



MONday : 8 am - 8 pm
Tuesday : 10 AM - 8 PM
Wednesday : 8 AM - 8 pm
Thursday : 10 am - 8 pm
FRIday : 8 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday & sunday : Closed
